For this project a School of Cooking, a Food Hall, and a Market was designed on our chosen site.
I chose a site in Chorlton as it is an expanding area with a growing divide between the rich and poor. The aim was to encourage healthy eating for those with lower incomes through cooking lessons and providing access to cheap, healthy ingredients. Food was used as a connection for people of all backgrounds and incomes.
